The Egyptian Hockey League unites clubs, partners, and fans who believe the rink can be a launchpad for ambition. We blend Egyptian creativity with world-class standards to grow an inclusive, future-proof hockey ecosystem.
League Snapshot
Building a sustainable hockey culture
Every season we invest in pathways that welcome new players, elevate existing clubs, and share the excitement of hockey with communities nationwide. The EHL is more than a league—it's an infrastructure project for the sport's future.
Egypt-first storytelling
We celebrate the country on and off the ice—spotlighting local rivalries, Arabic match-night experiences, and community heroes who inspire the next generation.
Elite competitive structure
Seasonal schedules, officials, and data-informed coaching resources give every club a professional environment to grow in.
Accessible pathways
Equipment lending libraries, and school outreach programs make hockey attainable for athletes from Alexandria to Aswan.
Programs that turn ambition into opportunity
From modular rink design to grassroots outreach, our initiatives are engineered to solve the biggest barriers to entry. Each program is crafted with local partners so the sport thrives in Egypt's unique landscape.
Year-round player development
High-performance academies mix ice training, classroom sessions, and mentoring so Egyptian athletes can compete confidently on international stages.
Coach & official elevation
International coaches and certification tracks ensure local coaches, referees, and linesmen uphold global standards.
Community ignition
Learn-to-skate camps and fan culture workshops bring the sport to anyone experiencing it for the first time — children and adults alike, with no age cutoff.

From our leadership
Building a league in a non-traditional hockey market takes courage, curiosity, and relentless collaboration. Every arena we fill is proof that Egypt belongs on the ice.
Our mission is fueled by families discovering the sport together. When a child laces up for the first time, the entire neighborhood gains a new story to tell.

Help us grow hockey in Egypt.
Ice hockey in Egypt runs on borrowed time and borrowed kit. Every pound of gear and every donation goes straight into ice time, equipment and getting new players — most of them kids — onto the rink for the first time.
