The rules that guide participation in the ENHL

By accessing ENHL websites, mobile apps, or in-person services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies (including our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of ENHL services immediately.

Parents or legal guardians accept responsibility for ensuring that minors participating in ENHL programs comply with these terms.

You must provide accurate and current information when registering for an ENHL account or event. Accounts may not be shared or transferred without written permission from the league.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@enhl.org if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

All players, coaches, volunteers, and spectators are expected to uphold ENHL safety standards and community guidelines. The league reserves the right to remove or suspend anyone whose conduct endangers others, violates federation regulations, or damages the reputation of the ENHL.

Participation may require compliance with additional rules issued by partner venues, national federations, or international governing bodies.

Fees for registrations, merchandise, or sponsorship packages must be paid in full by the stated deadlines. Late or missing payments may result in forfeited roster spots or access to services.

Refund requests are evaluated according to the specific program policy. Unless otherwise stated, processing fees and costs for completed services are non-refundable.

The ENHL may modify event schedules or offerings due to safety, weather, or facility availability. When possible, we will reschedule or issue credits of equivalent value.

All ENHL trademarks, logos, photography, video, written content, and statistical data are owned by or licensed to the Egyptian National Hockey League. You may not reproduce or exploit this material without express written permission.

By submitting media or testimonials to the ENHL, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content for promotional purposes in any format.

Participants may be photographed or filmed at ENHL events. Attendance constitutes consent for the ENHL to use resulting media to promote the league, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

We will send service announcements and essential updates even if you opt out of marketing messages. You may manage your communication preferences at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Sports participation carries inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ENHL is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in league events, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so these provisions may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates take effect when published on this page. Your continued use of ENHL services after changes are posted signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
