Readiness Checklist
Core qualifications
- Minimum of two seasons officiating competitive hockey or transferable experience from inline/ball hockey.
- Valid background screening within the last 12 months (or willingness to complete upon acceptance).
- Commitment to the ENHL Code of Conduct and conflict of interest policies.
Game-day expectations
- Arrival 90 minutes before puck drop for crew briefings and ice inspections.
- Use of ENHL-issued officiating kits and communication devices.
- Submission of digital game reports and notable incident logs within 12 hours.
Development journey
- Quarterly rules clinics and skating labs delivered in hybrid (in-person & virtual) formats.
- Access to cross-border exchange programs and masterclasses with IIHF advisors.
- Eligibility for advancement panels after two successful crew evaluations.
